"AVOID THIS PLACE. My home insurance, with no changes to coverage, has gone up 26% in two years. I just discussed with Juan, and what they did was reduce all of my discounts that I was initially setup with. For example the Customer Loyalty discount LOL what I get for being a loyal customer are huge price increases, thanks James Pearson! Awful business. Update: No help was given, no offer to review or make adjustments until this review was posted and the business responded. Warning to all, this is the level of customer service you’ll receive: large annual increases and no review/help, take it or leave it!"
